Dooplr Annual Reports
Travel site Dooplr have recently generated ‘Personal Annual Reports‘ for all its users which features a breakdown of personal travel taken in 2008.
The report features a timeline of travel which uses creative commons licenced Flickr images for cities along with a carbon breakdown using data provided by AMEE, similar traveller data as well as Dooplr travel maps.
As an example they’ve generated a report for Barack Obama using publicly available data from the Washington Post. It’s a great use of available data and a nice little ‘added value’ touch.
