Doodlebuzz
Brendan Dawes ace designer and author of one of my favorite design books ‘Analog In, Digital Out‘ has released his latest interactive toy, ‘Doodlebuzz‘. Built using flash, .php and news service Daylife’s api (DayPI), it allows a user to keyword search for news articles with the results being revealed as the user doodles on screen. Part typographic toy, part news aggregator it provides a new way of exploring information; along the nodes of a scribble. It’s worth checking out Brendan’s site which seems to be in constant flux for links to his other experiments.
